Processing times

I do my best to send in 1-2 working days from order, but I am a busy mummy so please let me know if an order is urgent!

Standard postage is free over £10 - delivery estimate of 2-4 working days from despatch

• Orders under £10 - £1.50 postage
• Orders over £10 - free postage

Orders will either be sent 2nd Class or Tracked 48, depending on value.

I ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim.
