Processing times

I do my best to send the next business day from order, but I am a busy mummy so please let me know if an order is urgent!

Standard postage is free over £10 - delivery estimate of 2-4 working days from despatch

  • Orders under £10 - £1.50 postage
  • Orders over £10 - free postage

Orders will either be sent 2nd Class or Tracked 48, depending on value. 

I ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim. If you want to track your order and need it by a certain date please upgrade in the checkout.

Royal mail economy delivery 

Royal Mail has recently updated their delivery schedule for 2nd Class post. In many areas, letters are now delivered every other weekday (Monday to Friday), and Saturday deliveries for 2nd Class are being phased out.

This means your order might take a little longer to arrive than you're used to – but it's still within their official 3 working day aim. If your item is time-sensitive, please to upgrade in the checkout.
