Refund policy

UK returns

Customers may return new items if they have changed their mind, or items that are damaged or defective.

Returns must be notified by email hannah@studentmidwifeshop.co.uk and the item returned within 30 working days.

Return postage cost is payable by the buyer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Personalised or made to order items are not eligible for a refund unless damaged.

Items must be returned in new condition and appropriately packaged so they don't get creased or bent in transit.

There is no restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage if they have changed their mind.

If items arrive and are not in a condition to put back into stock then a full refund may not be able to be given.
