A 160 page (80 sheets) A5 unlined spiral notebook featuring my original watercolour and ink illustrations of comfort measures for birth. A fun notepad for doulas, midwifes, birth nerds - and for pregnant women to take to midwife appointments, hypnobirthing and antenatal classes, to make notes about your birth plan, and to keep a record of your pregnancy journey.
