My painting is printed directly onto FSC wood in the UK using high-quality UV printing technology (it is not a sticker). Before printing, an opaque white layer is applied beneath the artwork, due to the thickness of the white ink this can give a sight 'raised' appearance.
This ensures the colour of the wood doesn’t affect the design, making the colours more vibrant. This direct printing process results in a professional finish with long-lasting durability.

Birth doesn't always go the way we hope. Sometimes it feels like nothing we planned and prepared for goes the way we want. Sometimes mummies and sometimes babies aren't okay 💔 Sometimes we're never okay - wounded in ways that only we can see and feel.
But birth IS safe. Life is full of risk and potential dangers, but life is safe. How can we live believing any other way?
Most of my first 30 years, I didn't feel safe. And although I've made a huge amount of progress with my healing, I still struggle to feel safe a lot of the time.
I can't live a life that's focused on what could go wrong in every moment. I can't raise my daughters with that mindset. I have to keep trying, to believe in the fundamental safety and goodness of this life, and of all the people in this world, and in the love that the universal energy has for all of us.
