New baby sibling book for personal use - designed for parents to use with children - my activity, colouring, and learning pack takes a journey through pregnancy, physiological birth, and life after birth.

Whether you are having another baby and your older children want to learn about what's to come - or you have a home educated child who loves biology - you'll find plenty to explore their interest of pregnancy, physiological birth and life after birth in this activity, colouring and learning pack.

Not a toy. Designed to be used with adult supervision. Not suitable for children under 3.

★★★★★ "I ordered the new Children's Pregnancy pack and it is just brilliant! Beautifully packaged and thought through, the resources fill such a gap in providing clear, positive, and medically accurate pregnancy and birth information for children. As someone who experienced antenatal depression as I was so scared about childbirth, having seen such terrifying and negative portrayals of it, this is just awesome! Let's get sharing with the little ones in our lives to balance out the pregnancy and childbirth negativity that can be so prevalent!" - Esther Abrey

CONTENTS

The 30-page wire-bound A4 book, printed on glossy card, includes colourful visuals and simple explanations of:

- how a single baby and twins are conceived and how a baby develops in the womb month by month
what life is like in the womb for the baby and how a child can feel connected to the baby
- how the mother's body changes during pregnancy
- diagrams explaining the muscles of the womb, the stages of birth and the role of surges/contractions
- non-medical comfort measures women can use
- how breastfeeding works and what life is like for a newborn
- how recovery can be helped in the months after birth.

The 13 activity pages, printed myself on 200gsm card, contain:

- 42 weeks pregnancy calendar and womb baby icon for little ones to track their own progress of a new baby’s pregnancy journey.
- Pregnancy milestones colouring map to help explain and track the pregnancy journey and common milestones along way.
- Body changes and anatomy colouring and labelling to learn body parts and talk about how the body changes to accommodate a baby.
- Baby in the womb colouring poster with the words 'my baby knows when to be born' to help get across the idea that our body's have been designed to do this.
- Baby womb art templates to decorate, learn, cut out and make their own picture representing a baby in the womb, or even their own experience in the womb.
- Oxytocin cards to colour, cut out and sort
- Womb to world birth colouring map to explore how the flow of birth may happen and some comfort measures along the way.

I want all children to know that their bodies are amazing, and infinitely capable - and to go into birth believing it is safe. My intention is not to invalidate or judge the experience of those for whom the journey does not follow this path.
