Empowered Caesarean Birth PDF Download

This A4 digital download is part of my 'Holistic How To' series with suggestions for feeling empowered when having a planned surgical birth - with a limited commercial license for doulas, midwives and birthworkers to include in printed client handouts.

After I got feedback that NCT practioners wouldn't be able to use a handout with 'belly birth', I have added a download file with 'caesarean' too :)
