This digital A4 download is part of my Chakra Birth Toolkit series supporting holistic birth preparation - with a limited use commercial license for doulas and birthkeepers to include in client handouts.

After the trauma of my first birth, I recognised that my heart closed in fear, and I didn't want to take this fear with me into my second birth.

I could tell that if I was energetically and emotionally holding myself closed - then this would impact whether I could allow myself to open physically.

I did my best to heal, not only from birth trauma, but also childhood wounds and conditioning - so I could try to go into birth feeling safe to soften, open, and be vulnerable to the power and expansiveness of birth ✨

And so that I could love my babies fully, with an open and trusting heart. Knowing that I was supported by the universe, and I could trust in the journey.

A bit about The Chakra Birth Toolkit /

The Chakra Birth Toolkit started as an idea of a basic list to remind my birth partner of holistic and spiritual comfort measures that might help me during birth, but quickly grew into a fairly-detailed project!

I wanted to organise my thoughts about the different tools and modalities we could call on during birth, and for it to serve as a reminder for my husband about how to support and encourage me ✨ And I couldn't find anything online that did the job.

My husband asked me to organise by 'challenge' so I mapped out my main concerns, then turned them round into 'solutions', and then related each one to a chakra, and defined affirmations, yoga poses, mudras, activities, rituals, chants, physical support, crystals and soothing techniques we could use to help achieve each! 💜

I've had my baby now, and although the birth didn't come out anything like we'd hoped - it was definitely divinely guided! And I can see the way it went was a message from the universe that I can trust the journey, and I really am supported and guided 🌈

And now I'm making this new version of my toolkit to share with the birthing world. As I'm sure there must be other women out there who would love to make their birth prep a bit more woo woo! ☺️✨ It's a lot more succinct than my personal version was, and I hope that it will be a useful starting point, or reminder, for spiritual birthing women.

Once I have completed all the pages within my toolkit they will also be available as a complete toolkit download option, and a printed option for personal use, in addition to these individual downloads that focus on one aspect of birthing.
