These A4 hypnobirthing handouts describes the main hormones of birth and how to support them in physiological birth.

A harmonious flow of hormones from your body and your baby create the change that enable birth, breastfeeding and bonding to happen with more ease, comfort and safety.

When we understand how hormones work we can make informed decisions about our birth environment and our care to influence whether the harmony of hormones are helped or hindered.

A download to support alongside hypnobirthing and educating yourself on physiological birth, or for doulas and antenatal teachers to include in client materials.

Can be printed smaller by setting printer to fit multiple to a page. I recommend choosing fit to printable area to make sure your printer doesn't cut any of the image off due to individual margin settings.
