This original version is on thick card, and is spiral bound and printed on one side only - so you can pull out and put up in your birth space. It includes 16 affirmations and both my colouring maps.

I know what it's like to feel consumed by pregnancy, by the pressure, the expectation, the excitement. I felt like no matter what I was doing, it was always in my mind. Am I eating the right things? Am I doing enough exercise? Am I relaxed enough? Will birth be ok? What if something goes wrong? The worrying thoughts can be endless.

But focussing on positive affirmations really can help. We are in charge of our thoughts, and thoughts become feelings. You can do this. You are enough. You are a great mother already, I promise ❤️

- Standard delivery aim is 3 working days, but sometimes Royal Mail can take slightly longer and please bear this in mind when ordering.

- If you are in a rush there is the option to upgrade to a faster post in the checkout, and if you'd like to upgrade further to Special Delivery to guarantee delivery please send me a message before ordering.

- I will ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim.
