This pregnancy journey map shows the stages of pregnancy from pre-conception to birth and can be printed in A4 as many times as you like! A fun and useful activity that supports mindful pregnancy and birth preparation education. Ideal for doulas, birthkeepers and hypnobirthing teachers to include in client handouts.

I've not included events like NHS scan schedules and midwife check ups, and instead gone for more general pregnancy milestones, rite of passage and tips for enjoying the journey 💕

The margins when you print the page is down to individual printer settings and alignment and are not controlled by the file. I find printing with scaling fit to printable area is best fit.
