My A5 hardback birth record book is the perfect tool to log and track your journey and student midwife milestones. With space to record 960 births, my midwifery birth log helps you document key details about the births you support. The cover and the inside pages are designed with my colourful hand drawn midwifery illustrations.

Birth record books allow student midwives to document their attendance and participation at births throughout their midwifery training. Each entry builds a cumulative record of experience, mapped to the NMC proficiencies, helping student midwives demonstrate the breadth and depth of care they have provided to women and their families during one of the most significant moments of their lives.

Please note the 'Personalisation' box is not to personalise the book - it's a place for you to specify which design of pen you'd like, if you choose to add on a pen.
