This book honours the process, not just the outcomes. It marks the first times, the practice, the trying, the learning, and the care – without pressure to be perfect.
Inside you’ll find 40 of my illustrated milestone pages including:
- Practising clinical skills
- Supporting births
- Antenatal and postnatal care
- Academic milestones
- Learning procedures such as venipuncture and injections
- Emotional milestones like trust, confidence, and belonging
Each page is designed to be coloured in slowly, reflectively, and with kindness – whether after placement, during study breaks, or at the end of a long shift.
