A6 pocket tear-off notepads for a midwife to be on placement (or midwife or maternity support worker)! Each notepad has 50 sheets designed with my original watercolour and ink student midwife illustrations and birth art. A great gift for a student midwife milestone or to treat yourself to celebrate starting your studies.
Choose which designs you'd like within a set of 3 or 4:

- Postnatal observations
- General observations (3 to a page)
- Neonatal observations
Important Information
These notepads are designed as structured learning and organisational tools for students and maternity professionals. They are intended to support assessment structure and clinical thinking during placement.
They do not replace Trust documentation, electronic records, or official observation charts. All documentation should be completed in accordance with local policies and professional standards.
Users are responsible for ensuring their documentation practice aligns with their Trust guidance and regulatory requirements.

These observation pads are designed for real use on placement - quick to fill in and easy to keep in a pocket or folder. Please dispose of carefully.
They’re ideal for student midwives who want something practical and pretty.

- If you are in a rush there is the option to upgrade to a faster post in the checkout, and if you'd like to upgrade further to Special Delivery to guarantee delivery please send me a message before ordering.
- I will ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim.
