- If you are in a rush there is the option to upgrade to a faster post in the checkout, and if you'd like to upgrade further to Special Delivery to guarantee delivery please send me a message before ordering.
- I will ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim
