My A1 Student Midwife Academic Wall Calendar September 2025 with 800 planner stickers - folded to A4 and sent in an envelope.

Whether you’re starting your journey into midwifery or already deep in the whirlwind of placements, this planner is made to hold your year ahead – and help you stay organised.

Please note the 'Personalisation' box is not to personalise the calendar - it's a place for you to specify which design of pen you'd like, if you choose to add on a pen. Option to add on a set of 48 4cm square glossy milestone stickers featuring my original art at a special bundle price. These won't fit onto the date sections but can be used in other places!

🌈 What it includes:
- A full September 2025 to August 2026 calendar – designed specially for student midwives.

- Each month is coloured in soft pastel rainbow tones to brighten your wall without overwhelming it.

- Weekends are shaded for easier shift planning and visual clarity.

- The calendar runs in columns from left to right, with enough space to write in shift initials, key dates, or birth numbers.

Dedicated space for:

- Placements – with columns for place, mentor, area and duration 

- Assignments and Exams

- Notes

Printed professionally on 170gsm silk paper – sturdy enough to last the full year, but still soft to write on.

Please note the angled compression marks in the photos which are unavoidable from the folding machine.

💌 Why I made this
I heard from student midwives that it was hard to find a wall planner that followed their academic year (Sept–Aug), and even harder to find one that felt made for them – not just generic and plain.

🎨 Designed by Hannah Thomas, a home-educating artist and birth nerd, to help student midwives, midwives and birth workers to honour their journey supporting mothers and babies.

- Standard delivery aim is 3 working days, but sometimes Royal Mail can take slightly longer and please bear this in mind when ordering.

- If you are in a rush there is the option to upgrade to a faster post in the checkout, and if you'd like to upgrade further to Special Delivery to guarantee delivery please send me a message before ordering.

- I will ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim.
