*DELIVERY INFORMATION*
Within UK
-------------
- Standard delivery aim is 3 working days, but sometimes Royal Mail can take slightly longer and please bear this in mind when ordering.
- If you are in a rush there is the option to upgrade to a faster post in the checkout, and if you'd like to upgrade further to Special Delivery to guarantee delivery please send me a message before ordering.
- I will ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim.
- US TARIFFS: The US government has recently announced new tariffs on products imported from the UK, which I've included in the postage price so you won't pay customs fees yourself. The postage price you'll pay is a little higher than you'll see on the postage label because it doesn't include the customs charge I've paid on your behalf (and also Etsy takes fees on shipping - so if I only charged the exact postage, I’d make a loss once those fees were taken). What you pay covers delivery, packaging, handling, customs duties, and fees.
