Support Breastfeeding Mothers PDF Download

This digital download can be printed and used as a handout teaching tool to discuss how partners, friends and family can support mothers to establish breastfeeding and achieve their breastfeeding goals.

New mothers don't need people taking their babies away to 'give them a break', or suggesting they just give them a bottle when it's hard.

What we need are people around us who take the time to understand how breastfeeding works, why it matters to us so much, and help make it possible for us to stay in bed having skin-to-skin with our babies while we figure it out!

I made this download to offer a teaching tool or handout for partners, friends and family as a conversation starter about how they can support mothers to establish breastfeeding and achieve their breastfeeding goals.
