The biggest challenge for me in birth was to surrender - to feel safe to surrender to my own power. And key to that was feeling divinely guided and supported by the universe, and held and loved by our mother earth. And this message feels very important to me for my own life right now as well, as a stay-at-home mother of two toddlers, always working to heal from the wounds of childhood trauma.
Surrender, and acceptance, are the key to finding peace in any given moment. If we can feel safe to surrender to our own power and our own body's power in birth, then we can fully embrace who we are - and what we are capable of as women and as mothers and as divine creators.
A spiritual A4 colouring page for doulas, antenatal teachers, hypnobirthing teachers, midwives and birthworkers to print and share with clients. There are two versions included - one with energy rays and one without - as I wasn't sure if it would make it too 'busy', so you can choose which you prefer :)
