These handpainted active birth positions cards are ideal for doulas, antenatal teachers, birth keepers and hypnobirthing teachers to include in client handouts and use as teaching tools to help conversations about following instincts to move the ways our body need in labour (and stay off our backs!).

Being active and upright in labour allows gravity to help move baby down. It's important that we are able to move unrestricted so we can follow our body's instincts and move into positions that will help our baby's rotation and descent.
